Version 6.2.2: ST-001 ISBT 128 STANDARD TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION (2 MB)

The purpose of this document is to provide standards and guidance for the coding and labeling of medical products of human origin (MPHO): blood, cellular therapy products, tissues, milk, and organs, as well as those plasma derivatives for which ABO is relevant.

Note: Standalone reference tables RT019 and RT038 found on the Reference Tables web page of the ICCBBA website supersede the RT019 and RT038 tables found in ST-001 v6.2.2. The coding values found in ST-001 are still valid, however, the superseding reference tables contain additional coding values that are not found in version 6.2.2.
