The Facility Identification Lookup program allows you to identify a registered facility by entering the five-character Facility Identification Number (FIN) assigned to them by ICCBBA.

This look-up tool can be used by anyone wishing to know the name and location of a facility associated with a particular FIN. This would be used primarily by facilities that are not registered with ICCBBA and thus do not have access to the full Registered Facilities Database.

Please input all 5 correct FIN characters.  Please note:  The tool is case sensitive.  If there is a letter in the FIN, it must be capitalized.  Once completed, click on the “search” button.  Any less than the 5 correct characters will not return any results.
