Website Frequently Asked Questions

1	How do I return to the home page?
	Underneath the menu banner at the top of each page is a bread-crumb trail. For example, if the bread-crumb trail looks like this: Home > About ICCBBA > Mission and Goals. Just click on the word “home”.
2	Will my bookmarks still work?
	They should. We have made every effort to set up redirects for pages people were likely to have bookmarked on our old Website. We recommend that you bookmark the new Website pages as soon as possible.
3	Where do I log in?
	The log in is on the left side of the screen beneath the side menu and above the ICCBBA globe logo. If you have scrolled down toward the bottom of some screens, you will not see it. You will need to scroll back up towards the top of the screen.
4	Where is the Site Map?
	There are two ways to access the site map information. The easiest way is to look at the left side of the screen under the side menu. You will see just above the ICCBBA globe logo a link to the “Site Map”. Alternatively, look for “Site Map” on the About ICCBBA menu item at the top of the page or click here.
5	Where are all the documents that used to be on the Registered Users’ page?
	You must be logged in to see all of the documents and databases. They’re in the Tech Library. Click on the "Tech Library" tab near the top of the page or click here.
6	Where is the product description code database?
	You must be logged in to see the product description code database. It is found in the Tech Library. Once on the Tech Library page, look on the side menu for Databases & Reference Tables, then Product Code Database or click here.
7	Where is the product code lookup program?
	You must be logged in to see the product code lookup tool. This is found under the Lookup Tools tab. Click on "Product Code Lookup" or click here.
8	How do I request a new product code?
	You need to complete an online product request form. Because these forms are specific to product type (blood, cellular therapy, or tissue), they are located in the Subject Areas. Go to the appropriate subject area and look for Product Code Request Form.
9	Where is the Facility database?
	You must be logged in to see the Facility database. This is found in the Tech Library. Once on the Tech Library page, look on the side menu for Databases & Reference Tables, then Facility Database. Alternatively, click here.
10	Where is the Facility Identifier lookup program?
	This is found under the Lookup Tools tab. Click on "Find Facility Information" or click here.
11	Where’s the ICCBBA contact information?
	There are two ways to access contact information. The easiest way is to look at the left side of the screen under the side menu. You will see just above the ICCBBA globe logo a link to the “contact us” section. Alternatively, look for “Contact Us” on the About ICCBBA menu item at the top of the page or click here.
12	Where’s the search function?
	The search field is found on the left side of the screen beneath the side menu and above the ICCBBA globe logo.
13	Where can I find training materials?
	Hover over the menu tab ISBT 128 Basics, then click "Basic Educational Materials" or click here.
14	Where are the Introductory Booklets?
	They’re in the ISBT 128 Basics section. Hover over this menu tab at the top of the page. Then hover over Basic Educational Materials and click on "Introductory Booklets". Alternatively, click here.
15	Where is the Cellular Therapy home page that was on your old site?
	This has been divided onto two pages. The first is under Subject Area. Hover over the Subject Area tab at the top of the page, then click on "Cellular Therapy" or click here. To track what the Cellular Therapy Coding and Labeling Advisory Group (CTCLAG) is doing, hover over the Committees tab at the top of the page, hover over Technical Advisory Committees, and then click on "CTCLAG" or click here.
16	Where is the Eye Bank home page that was on your old website?
	This has been divided onto two pages. The first is under Subject Area. Hover over the Subject Area tab at the top of the page, then click on "Eye Bank". Alternatively, click here. To track what the Eye Bank Technical Advisory Group (EBTAG) is doing, hover over the Committees tab at the top of the page, hover over Technical Advisory Committees, and then click on "EBTAG". 17	How do I get a password?
	To obtain a password, you must be from a facility that is licensed with ICCBBA. Then complete the online form. Password assignment takes up to 2 working days. You may navigate to this form by going to the Registration and Licensing tab at the top of the page. Hover over it and click on "Request Password".
18	How do I change my password?
	Complete an on-line form. Password assignment takes up to 2 working days. You may navigate to this form by going to the Registration and Licensing Tab. Hover over it and click on "Request Password".
19	Where do I update my account information?
	You must be logged in to see this option. A form for updating your information is found under the Registration and Licensing menu tab. Click on "Update Contact Information" or click here.
20	How long does it take for my message to post on the message board?
	On a weekday, your post should appear within 24 hours. We need to review posts before they go on-line to ensure accurate information about ISBT 128 is posted on our site; therefore, any posts made on a weekend will be published on Monday.
21	Can I get notifications when the message boards are updated?
	Unfortunately because passwords are associated with facilities rather than individuals, it is not possible to subscribe to message boards at this time. ICCBBA will work on this for a future release. At present, you will need to check back periodically to find answers to your questions or comments.
22	What’s an RSS feed?
	RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication. It allows you to retrieve the latest contents from our Website. If you subscribe to our What’s New RSS feed, you will see an icon on your browser that says, “What’s New at ICCBBA”. Click on this and you will see the latest from ICCBBA. Depending on your email system, you may also receive notices in your RSS Feeds folder.
23	How do I subscribe to the ICCBBA RSS feed?
	From the home page, look for the What’s New section in the lower right portion of the screen. Just below “What’s New at ICCBBA” you will see a link for “RSS feed”. Alternatively, go to the full list of What’s New articles (ISBT 128 Basics tab, then What’s New) and click on the RSS Feed link under “What’s New”.
